[sdiy] God! Do I need a simple latch switch!

Harry et al, I'm really wanting a 'momentary feel'
push switch instead of a toggle spdt or dpdt, it's
signal not audio BTW. Thanks for your suggestions so
far, everyone.
I had actually started to think about manually
clocking (switching) a 555 to generate logic 1 and
logic 0, for each 'push', you get a peak and a trough
from a square output, in fact I'd use anything that
will give that output to drive the'switching in the
4066/16...thats how I think!!!
