[sdiy] Single chip (3 opamp) wave multiplier

It sounds and looks almost like 2 OP , fixed,zero bias carrier "FM",
which we all know now is PM. A fixed zero bias carrier is nothing
more then a table, the periodicy makes the wrap arround.
Real osc shots and comparison with PM waves are to be found
