[sdiy] does EMS still trade online?

Hi ..well after someone suggested,  I phoned EMS and spoke to Robin Wood. He
says he has a backlog of about 80 emails ..and that phoning is the quickest
way to deal with ems. Can't say I blame him..sometimes email is a
bitter-sweet pill.
