Here's some info:

It's also used in the Boss RPH-10 phaser and the PH-2 phaser pedal.

Subject: [sdiy] Roland VCF IR3109 details?
Hello list,
I'm looking for info on the Roland VCF IC 1R3109 (From SH-101 and others).
Does anyone have a datasheet? I'm curious if this is LP only, or if there
are ways to configure it as HP, BP or both. Also, a switchable slope would
be nice.
Any other tricks for this chip?
Thanks in advance
Dave Magnuson
