Sorry for you that you have signed for such a crappy corporation.
You live in the US of A? So much opportunity. Get a new contract
ASAP. If you were really good in your position, this will hurt
them most. Perhaps wait until some very important milestone
of a very important project is approaching, and you in key position,
no possibility to get ERSATZ in reasonable time, this will teach 'em.

Perhaps you can persuade some collegues to change sides together
with you? Others may be pissed of as well?

Headhunters are always gratefull for such information.
Makes their attacs very easy...

You see, lot's of opportunities, no need to ruin your life.
Vendetta needs patience...
