[sdiy] SW OT: Electronics workplace advice

Heh! Anything is possible, from what I have found in the past. I have been
advised by a few ppl to make sure to have a lawyer on hand before I try
this. Some even went so far as to say to just have the lawyer contact HR
about this matter. Perhaps a copy of the memo and a call to a local news
station might add to the *persuasion* and blunt this whole issue for all the
workers. With things like this, if I don't get some sort of satisfaction, I
will be willing to let the media have a crack at it. As we all know, the
media here in the states eats things like this up.

IOW I *will* go and talk with him, maybe he is reasonable and we can discuss
this, and hopefully without retribution. This is beyond dilbert. Someone
tell me this isn't normal?

HAHA!! I used to think this only happened at "McJobs", like fast food and
telemarketing companies.. Man, was I wrong! I guess the thug mentality has
finally trickled into the educated workforce. Even Jack Welsh didn't
advocate this type of falsification.

Ah well. I won't be able to do anything about it bitching in here. Back to
building stuff.

Rob
