Well if you promise not to ask for any money, maybe they will give you an
excellent rating....

Our company does the same thing... everyone should be "average" even if you
are not.

I contested the average rating for "innovative and original"... the boss said
that there
were prople "smarter than me". I argued that "not that work for you... I'm not
einstein,
but I'm as close as YOU get" I claimed I should rate a "10", not a "5"

Then an office lady came by and told me... obviously you don't get it...
a "10" is GOD !
a "9" is the ANGELS !
an "8" is the PROPHETS !
a "7" is the MARTYRS !
a "6" is the "SAINTS"
a "5" might be a human being who works here !!!

Be patient and persevere. You'll see these bastards on judgement day.
Remember to tell 'da BIG BOSS about them. He KNOWS... but
remind him anyway !!!
