Certainly the posting of it could easily be automated,
I was referring more to changes that would be made, i.e.
when someone's site address changes, etc.  That stuff could
either be on a web site, who's address is posted, or directly
posted, but regardless, the collection of info would need to be 
periodically maintained.  Whoever does it would then be the
recipient of any emails regarding these changes.  It really
could be anyone, but preferably someone who is going to be 
around long term.
