And this is not something you want inside an analog synth...

Seriously what you're planning sounds more like a new synth than modifing an
existing one..
It might be quicker (and indeed easier) to build your own from scratch...

Mine has hobbies that dont involve me (cross-stitch, makeing rugs, etc,etc)
so we have time for our own hobbies, which is something you'll need...
