That is the "Paia 8782 digitally encoded keyboard". The DB-25 connector
has digital outputs on it for key number, strobe and active scan. You
would need to use the DAC module and attach it to the connector to
produce the CV and gate. For schematics:

And the multiple S/H module to provide 4 CVs/gates/etc. The 8781
requires a small microcompter/microcontroller running polyphonic CV and
gate assignment code to work. This was the 8700 computer from Paia.

For control of exponential VCOs, etc. The DAC module would have to be
modified to output a linear CV.
