be sure to get 100u @ 16V or better 25 V...
10n can can be anything to 100n, use ceramic disc type
1n and 100n in integrator shoud be polysomething,
it's not critical as in vcfs and VCOs (where you
should use polystyrene), so use  mica
or propylene. Syrene is also good for s/h.
Generally you can use whatever in lfo except ceramic.
For 1u in lfo use nonpolar cap or large poly one
but you can also  get away with two 2u2 electrolytics
connected in series with + poles connected.
