looking at the resistors in the color pic,

control in goes to 4k7, then a 100k to earth and a 100K which goes to another
100K to a pot wiper, and also to a 4M7 to the inverter input.
And there is a 4M7 across the inverter.
And the inverter out has a 270 ohm to ground, and a 22K audio input resistor to the inverter output.
The pot is a 50K, giving the control voltage offet.
