Not sure why one would want to make a new asset tag for something in order to 
remove it from a scrap heap, but it's the sort of thing I could probably do 
in my garage with a sheet of thin adhesive foil, an inkjet printer, an 
embossing tool, and scissors to cut them out with after printing on the 
outline they needed to be cut out in. Very labor intensive, naturally, 
though, and I can't think of any good reason to do it.
