The SMD version of the CA3080 is available from many suppliers, at least
in Germany. However, the prices vary from DM1.40/EUR0.72 to DM7.50/EUR3.84
(excluding 16% sales tax in the latter example...)

I wasn't able to find a source for SMD versions of the 13600/13700.
