Not familiar with the cct, but plain bf245 should work.
Pnouts might be different, but some bending of pins
should fix it. BF245 (flat side towards you, pins down) is GSD.
Try B sufix, A would be better in buffers (lower vgs),
there are rare examples where 2sk is crucial (can you say 303)
but most of the time bf works.
