This is...unfortunate. Although, at least,.there is a glimmer of hope.
I wonder who the foundry was for the THAT100 series. I thought it was
Harris, since the parts were dialectrically issolated. I thought Harris turned
into Intersil.
The one part that I liked was the THAT140, which had both NPN and PNP
transistors on one chip. Great for making current switches and OTA's.
