Guess, what, I found an old collegue with an old data book.
The 110 is in there, I could not find 210 though.
This was I2L logic (bipolar). Man, this was 1972,
I was 6 years old then....
110 pinning:
1 Vss
7 Vdd 9V
2 input 1
14 output 1/input 2
13 output 2
3 input 3
12 output 3/input 4
11 output 4
4 input 5
10 output 5
5 input 6
9 output 6
6 input 7
8 output7
I hhope no typo .
Other chips perform "video Games", like
tick tack toe, on a TV .... whowwwww...
BBD are not likely made by ITT, simply because of
lack of process option. I guess TDA, TCA are
typical Valvo prefixes?
Ok, Peter, if demanded I'll try to xerox and scann this 110.
btw.: it is a simple divide by two cascade.
The really interesting organ ICs by ITT are SAH190,
fractional division ICs for the twelve tones.
In the moment I have rather nasty personal problems.
I'll not forget, but can't say when I'll be back.
Sometimes life is a damn shit, currently I work, eat
sleep and well -shit-, that's all I do. Simply because
i have to.
