[sdiy] Metal Can IC's

I'm looking to build one of my synth pcb's from metal
can IC's and transistors. The TO18 transistor
packages, are of course easy to obtain, BC109 etc.,
but the OpAmps are harder, althogh I've got quite a
few Plessey 748s...I'm really looking to source the
favourite linear IC's such as the 3080,1458 and dual
jfet OpAmps...
Any ideas anyone?
