OT Re: [sdiy] reamp/patenting in US

I believe that patents do expire here in the U.S.  I
keep thinking 7 years...  mmm, maybe that's mirrors
when you break one.

I am NOT a lawyer, nor a patent expert.  Anyone please
feel free to correct the above if it's wrong.
