[sdiy] 4017 troubleshooting update

ahhhh! that makes a lot of sense, the other mismatched #'s were simply
illegible on the schematic and my guesses were wrong (8 looked like a 6
etc...) But.. check this one out... the schematic has supply for the 4093
labeled as pin 8, while the datasheet lists supply as pin 14...
any guesses?
