After searching through the All Electronics web site and not finding
anything, I called them on the phone. (Which is what I should have done
first.)

They currently have some 88-key Fatar keyboard assemblies, but all of them
have at least some amount of damage or defective parts of some kind. These
are reject keyboards. The price per keyboard is about $20.00 and the
shipping is about $25.00 (US prices, and assuming US delivery).

Because of the high shipping costs and the damaged nature of these units,
All Electronics has decided NOT to advertise these on their website, but
try to sell them through their local retail shop. They will ship them to
customers who want to pay the expense of shipping, but they decided not to
advertise them on the web site. So if you want one, give them a call at
1-800-826-5432, and verify the shipping costs and current availability.

Later,
Glen
