You will have no trouble running 15v regs with these.
Because, 14v AC rectifies to a peak of over 19v.
So there is plenty of room for the regs.
What is the tolerance of the transformer's secondary voltage?
What if the ac line voltage is running low?
What about diode drop?
What about capacitor droop?
