[sdiy] 4017 troubleshooting update

hi all, continuing to troubleshoot the 4017 sequencer schematic, thanks for
the tip on the output resistor.  It seems to me that the pins on the 4017 IC
are also labelled wrong... the schematic has the output pins labelled (in
order of sequencer step) 
step 1 = pin 3
step 2 = pin 2
step 3 = pin 4
step 4 = pin 7
step 5 = pin 10
step 6 = pin 1
step 7 = pin 6
step 8 = pin 8
step 9 = pin 9
step 10 = pin 11
step 11 = pin 12

while the datasheet reads:
step 1 = pin 2
step 2 = pin 4
step 3 = pin 7
step 4 = pin 10
step 5 = pin 1
step 6 = pin 5
step 7 = pin 6
step 8 = pin 9
step 9 = pin 11
and does not include available step 10 or 11 outputs.
Do I have the wrong datasheet or is the error in the schematic?
