[sdiy] Newbie needs help with VCO

Good news people.

Thanks to your help, and my own intuition that the schematic I was
working from was wrong, I am pleased to annouce my VCO is now running.
There is still a problem with the Square Wave output with PWM, but I
understand that part of the circuit and should be able to sort it out.

Next circuit for me will be a Moog style Transistor ladder filter.
