The hand held nibbler is useful only up to .060 Al. For .125 material,
you might be stuck with drilling a row of small holes and filing. If you
can find a pal with a milling machine, you'd be better off.

I've sucessfully using milling bits in a drill press to cut slots. You
need a guide bar and eye protection!
