[sdiy] Calculator Synth

That was a 4 x 4 telephone key pad with a tuning knob per key. Other than
the unusual arrangement, it worked like a regular keyboard with sample and
hold and a gate output.
In the middle was a set of switch activated Vactrols for noiseless
switching.
