err...I seem to remember on this list, reading about one synth
manufacturer, who bought some scertain chip, guarranteed at 98%, or some
such. out of each batch of 100, the exact same two positions were bad,
each time. So....careful

the numbers above are entirely madeup, of course. this was not to long
ago, finding in the archive shouldn't be so hard.
