    Yes, although, I cannot point you to the schematic you want, here is a
schematic of an "Ota" based triangle VCO that I did:

    I built the OTA out of a THAT140 transistor array, which gave the
advantage of being able to use an NPN based exponential converter.  Also,
there is an electronic temperature compensation circiut the eliminates the
need for a +3300ppm compensation resistor....Although, this is in some ways
like saying "Why use on two by four, when five or six will do the same
job?" ;^)
