[sdiy] silkscreening and other finishings

In the really old days decals were available. Cut them off of the large
sheet. Use clear laquer to protect them.

Once I labeled a set of synthersizer modules with a Leroy set and India ink.
It was tedious but the results were good. I still have some of the modules
stored in the garage.
