[sdiy] silkscreening and other finishings

Well, one of the older methods was to type the labels on little pieces of
paper and then scotch tape them onto the panel. Some of the early Moog
prototypes used this method. Make sure you use a real typewriter so the
lettering will be crooked and uneven.
