Indeed !

I didn't know that - and Korg obviously didn't know either when they
built the Lambda. 3 HF-VCOs with 3 TOS chips, but you have to
tune them considerably apart to avoid locking. Does not hurt much for
typical Strings, where detuning is so much that locking is no problem,
but nevertheless ...
