Try out http://www.buchty.net. Rainer Buchty bought my second FZ-1 about a year
ago and fixed it. He found that a standard PC floppy drive can be modified for
the Casio. 
Also he can recite the assembler code of an SQ80/ESQ-1 while sleeping, so I
think, he might be able to help you.
