[sdiy] Knob reversal question asked some time ago.

I can't find the question in my archive about the knob rotation reversal but
I came up with what might be the answer whilst strolling along the road, as
you do!

Save a backup of the knob you want to change.

1. Load the knob skin into a paint package and flip it horizontally
2. Save it!

You might have to change the mask if your knob is a pointer or something
different.
