[sdiy] Inexpensive VCO chip

For those who are interested, I just got an order from AllElectronics.com
today.
On their sales flyer, they list the XR4151P VCO chip for $0.80.

The part# to order on AllElectronics.com is "XR4151P".

It may not be precise enough for audio applications, but who knows? I just
needed something to drive a DIN-Sync clock and it looks like a really simple
solution...
