I bought one from him a few months ago...Very nice shape with dust jacket, 
for $50 + S&H. I recommend contacting him if you need one, it's a good deal. 
(I've paid more than that for paperbacks that have way less useful info in 
them) ...now if I could just find the time to sit down and read it cover to 
cover.
