Portland:
Wacky Willys Surplus, Portland and Hillsboro
Fry's Electronics in Wilsonville
Radar Electric in town
R5D3 (or something like that) Surplus on 84th, East side
Da Lode Surplus, North of town
There is a mostly military surplus store in Damascus
There is small chain of electronics stores, I can't remember the name, in
Beaverton, Salem and Eugene.

Not electronics, but electronics books: Powell's. I suspect the biggest book
store on Earth.
