Actually there is only one "not entirely illegal" course of action I can
think of, and that it to tie the offender up with litigation knowing full
well that you probably won't win, the idea being that he probably can't
afford the expense. In other words, make ripping ideas off for profit
UNprofitable. Of course this assumes that you have lots of money to burn...
If--I mean when--I win the lottery I'll set up a web page for all you guys
and hire a team of lawyers just for this purpose. Post some DIY FAQ's,
stock some oddball parts, etc while I'm at it. Dream on...
