A lot of people gave Doepfer the benefit of the doubt after the surprising
likeness between some previous modules and the work of another Synth-DIYer.

This new module pretty much convinces me that he is an unscrupulous
plagiarist.
Regardless of quality, price, or features, I will never part with money for
a Doepfer product, and will make a point of warning against them to anyone I
think is likely to be interested in one of their products.
You never know who you will be indirectly ripping off by buying one of 'his'
designs.

There is no law against what he's doing.
It's just immoral, unethical, and downright rude.
