Hello, If you wanted to computer engrave your panels
and you were a hardcore DIYer. you could cnc retro-fit
a desktop milling machine to do it. like in the
article that was in Nuts and Volts July 2000 vol.21
no7. the catch is that this can cost a little over
1000$ for the retro-fit and then what ever the milling
machine costs if you didnt already have one. and this
would be overkill if all you wanted to do was engrave
panels. but you could make tiny internal combustion
engines if you wanted to. also if you wanted it hand
engraved the cheapest way to do it is to get it done
by a jewlry/metalsmithing student at a college or
university(check to see if they have a crafts
department) another option might be to draw on the
panel with a sharpie pen and use the etch process.
