[sdiy] EFM SBM VCA error and questions

I somehow overlooked a pot when wiring up the dual vca - there is no hookup
for the level pot!

A lot of the schematic is unmarked. Where should I insert the level pot?

I have tweaked the trimmer pot - it doesnt seem to do anything. What is it
there for?

And lastly, two stupid questions: WTH is the difference between DC and CC
in/out?? I see a cap is inserted before one, but I still don't get it.....
