[sdiy] Drilling 'square' holes

For my thumbwheel switches, I used a dremel cutoff wheel to cut most of it,
and then needle files to shape as needed (cutting into sheet steel). The
hole was a bit larger than a hole typically used for a pot, however. Worth
noting that sparks aplenty and micro-fine steel dust abounds, so safety
glasses and breathing masks are a must.

I suppose you also could drill a round hole, diameter=square width, then
file to square what you need, but that would be tedious if more than a few
holes.
