The Alps RK09 is actually one of my favorites. I just looked left to
see them in them in the flesh. Unless they have changed them since I
last bought a bunch, you drill one large hole of 7 mm diameter and a
small one of 2 mm diameter for the rotational tap. The hole centers
should be 6 mm apart. No square holes in sight.
