The last place I worked at used Noble pots that snapped in. Their spec
showed square holes also. We used round holes spaced and sized so the
"snaps" would spread to go through and would be held after insertion. The
holes were also made as pads so the solder flow would lock them down. No
problem and *a lot* cheaper at the PCB fab joint.
