On the trail of dual NPN's, my query on the structure of the PUMX1's is
answered below:

Neil,

PUMX1 is manufactured using two die - from the same batch of slices
but not necessarily from the same slice. Basically it is two BC847 die.

If you want any form of matching we can offer BC847BS with gain matching
to B gain group. Basically it is two BC847B die.

Hi,

Is the PUMX1 dual NPN transistor made from two single NPN die bonded into
one package, or a single die with two transistors on it?

Also, is there, if any, matching of the two devices??
