Hello Elby,

Unless you soldered your board with solder that has water-soluable flux, do 
not wash it in water.  If you used the standard type of solder, then you'll 
need to get some spray-on flux remover.  Lightly spray the messy area, and 
scrub with a toothbrush.  Repeat as needed.
