I have the patch installed. I recieve EXE files for work reasons all the
time. It wont allow you to launch an EXE directly from Outlook. You can only
save it to disk and choose to run it from there...

I agree with everyone though. It was completely irresponsible of MS to
include scripted email without the ability to disable it. I can see no
legitimate use for it.
