[sdiy] 2sa1583 direction on SBM?

Hi All, I am paralysed by doubt about the marking on the EFM SBM where the 
1583 goes.  there is a line through the rectangle, and the 1583 itself has a 
slope on one side, does the line mean that the slope goes on that side? or 
does it indicate the flat side?
