Yes you can! I uploaded an image so that you can see how to do it.

The only caveat is that in order for it to work without any
bleedthrough you must make sure that there are _NO_ resistors on any
module outputs. Typically the only reason that output resistors are used
are to prevent op-amp shorting on tip/ring systems. But that doesn't
happen on a banana jacked system, and most modern op-amps can handle
continuous shorting anyway.
If you do use an output resistor, make it fairly small, like 220 ohms,
that way the attenuation from 100K to 220 makes the normalized input
practically disappear.
