[sdiy] banana vs. mini

Okay, so I'm just about to start my own modular, and my last (?) major 
decision is whether to use banana jacks or 1/8". What kind of hassles will I 
get into w/ the banana jacks? There's no ground, right? And I can't really 
do any normalization -- ? Or can I? Pros are stackability of outputs (space 
is an issue) and many available colors (it's not going to be a stately 
synth). As long as there's no bloodshed (I'm sure everyone has their 
favorite), I'd like to get some opinions. :)
