Grrr. As if I don't have enough to do without a useful idea like this
nagging me.
I've got a 727. I remembered the eprom was soldered directly to the board,
so I didn't pay much attention last time I was inside it.
Had another look tonight, and the CPU is a 6303 - a Hitachi CPU with a 6801
core.
I wrote a disassembler for this CPU when I got bogged down fixing the sysex
code in the shitty firmware of the JX10.

To cut a long story short, I'm now looking at a 300k disassembly of the 727
firmware, wondering wtf I'm doing getting into this sort of thing again...

If your version is any later than 1.0, an image might be useful.

Don't expect anything soon !
